  2. Do you provide free shipping worldwide?
    We provide free standard shipping for global customers. Remote islands, APO/FPO military addresses and PO Boxes cannot enjoy free shipping due to extra carrier fees.

  3. How long will it take to process and deliver my order?
    Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 10–15 business days. Delays may happen on holidays, peak seasons or due to customs clearance.
  4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
    You can email support@yamib.com to cancel orders before shipment for a full refund. If the package has already been dispatched and in transit, cancellation is unavailable.

  5. Am I allowed to change my shipping address?
    Address revisions are not accepted after 12 p.m. PST every day. If you missed the cut-off time, you can return the item and reorder to your new address following our return policy.

  6. How do I track my package?
    A notification email with tracking info will be sent once the chair leaves our warehouse. You may track parcels on FedEx or UPS official websites.
