Coverage: Available for customers worldwide

Exclusions: Local restricted regions, remote islands, military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes are not eligible for free shipping due to higher carrier costs

Free Shipping - For Whom and How Long?

Free shipping is an exclusive offer for customers residing worldwide. Shipments sent to remote islands, military FPO, APO, or PO Boxes are not eligible for free shipping due to elevated shipping charges. Once an order is placed, it usually takes 1–3 business days for processing, with delivery completed within 10–15 business days after dispatch.

What about holidays and high-demand periods?

We strive to provide reliable delivery service even during peak order seasons. However, please kindly allow for potential delays caused by national holidays, extreme weather, inventory shortages, logistics carrier delays, customs clearance hold-ups and other unforeseen uncontrollable circumstances. Your understanding and patience in such cases are greatly appreciated.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can! If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via support@yamib.com. We can process a full refund if your item has not been dispatched yet. Unfortunately, order cancellation is not available once the shipment is already in transit.

Need a change of address? 

Our order processing runs efficiently every day. As such, shipping address revisions cannot be made after 12 p.m. PST each day. Alternatively, you may follow our return policy to return the item and place a new order for delivery to your updated address.

What about tracking my order?

Once your order departs our warehouse, you will receive a notification email containing your shipment tracking details. You may track your parcel conveniently on the official website of our logistics partners FedEx or UPS.
